Ali Zafar shows respect to Sonu Nigam

- Pakistani

Famous Pakistani celebrity Ali Zafar, started his career as a singer. After gaining a huge recognition in singing, he made his debut in acting. He got great fame and appreciation as an actor in Bollywood.

He sang various hits like Madhubala for his film ‘Mere brother ki dulhan.’  He also released his latest sufi album “Jhoom.”

He showed his desire for his film Chashme Baddoor. The title song for Chasme baddoor was recorded in Sonu Nigam’s voice before the film started.  That was initially meant for opening credits.

Later, the director of the film, David Dhawan decided to use that song completely on Ali Zafar’s character “Sid” in the film in a romantic angle.

Ali Zafar suggested to maintain Sonu Nigam’s voice rather than dubbing for himself.

He admires and respects the singer Sonu Nigam a lot and he feels to be honoured to have him sing for him in the film.

This would remind us an old film when Mohammad Rafi did play back for Kishore Kumar for a song in the film.

This would be interesting to see. Recently, the trailer of the film Chashme Baddoor has released.
