World’s tallest building to be built in Karachi, contract signed

There is another good news related to our country Pakistan that Former chairman of Bahria Town, Malik Riaz Hussain has signed an agreement with Chairman Abu-Dhabi group, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan.

According to the agreement 45 billion dollars will be invested in Pakistan for various construction projects.

The main project is to construct the tallest building of the world, in Karachi that would be taller than Burj Khalifa, Dubai.

According to the agreement 10 billion dollars will be invested in Federal Capital, Islamabad and Lahore (Punjab) whereas 35 Billion dollars will be invested in Sindh.

Furthermore the project includes Sports city, Educational and Medical city, International city & Media city.

The construction of miniatures of Seven Wonders of the World is also included in this project.

These projects can be seen as a very important source of employment for Pakistani people as they would be able to employee more than 2.5 million people.

As well as these projects would encourage our industries like cement, bricks, iron, steel and glass.

These projects would be beneficial for every class of our society and middle-class and lower-middle class would be able to represent themselves on equal basis.

This agreement would bring a wonderful revolution for tourism of Pakistan and it would be beneficial for Pakistan economy.

A most prominent feature of this project is the utilization of seawater to produce electricity for which the project will manage its own grid station. The work on this project will be started soon.

Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan has appreciated Malik Riaz Hussain’s work of Bahria Town. Previously, Abu-Dhabi group has made vast and effective investments in Pakistan by the establishment of Bank Alfalah, Warid Telecom and Wateen Telecom.
