YouTube should be restored, says Junaid Jamshed and artists

It is being observed that Pakistani mass from ordinary citizen to journalist and musicians everyone is facing problem due to the ban on YouTube.

Pakistani music industry is suffering a lot due to unavailability of You Tube because artists think that ban of You Tube is badly affecting Pakistan music industry.

Some artists took a step to lift the ban on You Tube. A group of artists came up with a different way of protest. They have started a moment with the name YouTube Aloud. This group includes Omran Shafique, Hamza Jaafri and Usman Riaz.

Junaid Jamshed the former member of vital signs explains the importance of You Tube, considering it a source of information and research. He expresses that YouTube should be restored.

Junaid Jamshed says “I think we have already made our point by banning it now it should be restored immediately. It is a free medium of information for people and plays a pivotal role in religious education because a large number of people go on YouTube to read the Quran and other religious texts.”

These days Junaid Jamshed seems busy actively participating in a new project   “Naya Pakistan“- with collaboration of Junoon group. As well as now, he expresses his views to lift the ban from You Tube.

The senior musician Asad Ahmed, shows his interest to lift the ban from You Tube as well as he explains that he does not feel that You Tube is affecting Pakistani music industry. He is working in music industry from last thirty years.
