Famous American music icon, Madonna dedicated a song to 14 years old Malala Yousufzai, the Pakistani girl shot by the Taliban in her head for campaigning girls’ education.

Malala Yousufzai carried out her campaign since the age of 11 through writing a blog in her diary. Earlier, she blogged about her views of promoting girls’ education with another name Gull Makai.

In a concert at Los Angeles’ Staples Centre (USA) as part of her MDNA Tour, the Pop Star Madonna paid tribute to Malala Yousafzai by dedicating the song “Human Nature” to her.

“This song is for you, Malala,” Madonna said.

Madonna wants to tell the world what it feels for a girl in a fundamentalist society.

Malala’s incident made her so sad as in front of 18,000 attendance in concert, Madonna said “This made me cry.”

She shouted in her show and raise slogans like “Support education! Support the people who support women!”

Later in the show Madonna revealed the word “MALALA” in big letters, scribbled across her back, when she performed onstage.
