Angelina Jolie supports Malala Yousufzai (14 years Pakistani girl shot by Taliban)

Hollywood super star, Angelina Jolie has written an article for the English news website The DailyBeast. In this article she Condemned and expressed her and her children’s views over the shooting of Malala Yousufzai.

Angelina Jolie threw her support behind the activist Malala Yousufzai  who’s fighting for her life as she has written an article in defence of the 14-year-old Pakistani girl’s struggle for educational equality as well as she discussed the tragic shooting of Malala with her children.

Angelina Jolie is wife of Brad Pitt, both have two children. She said that she shared Malala’s story with her children and they were shocked at this news and could not understand the reason why anyone would want to shoot her.

Angelina Jolie’s 8-year-old child Pax suggested that the world should provide a statue for Malala, and create a space where everyone can sit and read.

Angelina Jolie’s 6-year-old child Shiloh asked about Malala’s parents if they were crying, she replied that they were not only crying for their daughter but also for children around the world who are denied from this basic human right.

Her children asked from him “Why did Taliban think they needed to kill Malala? She replied to their question “an education is a powerful thing.”

Angelina Jolie wrote in her article, “Malala’s courage reminded all Pakistanis how important an education is”.
 
Angelina Jolie praised Malala for her great courage and ambition as well as she praised Malala’s parents saying that they are signs of bravery and strength.
