Raageshwari Loomba (Bollywood starlet) visited orphanage in Pakistan

A famous Indian pop singer, actress, television anchor and social worker Raageshwari Loomba went to Pakistan to visit the Sweet Home of Pakistan run by Baitul Mal (PBM) in Sector H-9 Islamabad.

She brought smiles to the faces of children at a local orphanage on Friday. The event was organised by the Pakistan Baitul Maal (PBM) in the honour of Raageshwari Loomba, who was the chief guest.

Deputy Managing Director of Pakistan Baitul Mal, Tariq Khursheed Malik and other officials received Raageshwari Loomba and welcomed her warmly.

The singer Raageshwari Loomba performed songs and dances for children and became mixed with the orphans.  She made them happy when she sang, danced and interacted with them. She performed some of her famous songs. The children were fascinated by her performance and joined her as she danced.

The children also performed as setting tableaus, singing national songs and reciting poems.

Raageshwari Loomba said she has seen so much confidence, ambition and talent in children at PBM’s Sweet Home.
 
She appreciated the efforts of PBM, to help the orphans, considering it an important element of any society. A documentary movie of Pakistan sweet homes was also shown to Raageshwari Loomba.

When Indian singer and actress Raageshwari Loomba visited about 300 orphans at a government shelter in Islamabad had a special treat.

Tariq Khursheed Malik said that over 3,000 orphans are currently living in Pakistan Sweet Home orphanages.
