Shahid Afridi will miss first two Twenty 20 matches against Australia. Shihid Afridi injured his left thumb during the third and final ODI (One Day Internationals) against Australia, at Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

Shahid Afridi’s thumb was injured during fielding and was heavily bandaged during remaining overs. His thumb’s skin torn off and he has received two stitches.

Shahid Afridi will miss the opening match that is on September 5 and he will also miss the second one on September 7.

He might be able to play in the 3rd and final ODI (One Day Internationals) on September 10; it depends on his medical report.
